Lovely second floor apartment set within a privately owned small estate offering outstanding views within a rural location making this an idyllic place to unwind and relax.
Located in the north eastern region of Cumbria within a few miles from the Scottish Border, less than a 35-mile drive away you would arrive at the shores of Ullswater where you explore what the Lake District has to offer. Within easy reach and a short drive you can visit parts of the famous Hadrian's Wall or explore the Museums around the area. You can drive past the Newcastleton Hill and venture to the Scottish town of Langholm and Hawick or into Northumberland.
Enter the second floor apartment by external steps passing by the pond feature on your way. Step into the lovely light and bright lounge/kitchen/diner with windows looking out across the surrounding fields, river and woodlands. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, the dining/breakfast bar has seating for two and is within the kitchen. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable with TV and log effect electric fire making this a wonderful area to relax in, or just snuggle up and watch TV. Leading on from the kitchen along the corridor you arrive at the wet room with shower and WC. Continuing further along the corridor you reach the king-size bedroom with breathtaking views.
Outside of the property you have a large patio seating area making this an ideal place to unwind or listen to the river as it winds it's way through, this is the perfect place to enjoy lovely summer evenings. Bicycle storage can be arranged and should you wish to bring not only your dogs on holiday but your horse with you there are ample stables available for usage. There is off-road parking for two cars and also additional parking available if required.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
