Located close by to Camber Sands, guests can walk to the vast expanse of soft golden sands and extensive dunes, which offer some excellent walks, water sports and safe swimming. Hop in the car for a short drive and you’ll find yourself in medieval Rye, where historic cobbled streets are lined with galleries, cafes and pubs, bursting with character and old-world charm. Also within a short drive is an altogether different seaside location, with the shingle beach at Dungeness. Famous for its wild beauty and dramatic skies, Dungeness is not just popular with wildlife enthusiasts, but also with photographers and artists.
Stepping inside to the small hallway with space for dropping off sandy shoes, buckets and spades. A separate door provides internal access to the garage, and a single flight of stairs that leads up to the apartment. A door leads into the bright and airy lounge/diner, a great space for relaxing after a busy day at the beach, with sofa and two comfy armchairs and a TV/DVD. Family meals can be enjoyed at the dining table with seating for four, with wonderful views over the Romney Marsh from the Juliet balcony, providing a great place to sit with a coffee and a good book. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a family meal with an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. When you are ready for a good night's sleep, there are two bedrooms, a king-size with TV and a twin. Completing the accommodation is the stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Heading outside there is a decked area with views across the Romney Marsh with table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ, perfect for a spot of al fresco dining. Parking is available for one small car in the garage or alternatively there is unrestricted roadside parking. The garage also offers bike storage and a separate utility room with a freezer, tumble dryer and space for hanging wetsuits.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
