This stunning coastal property is just a short walk from the town of Bude and Crooklets Beach. It is a perfect location for a family holiday with a selection of amenities close-by including beaches with Crooklets Beach a seaside Award beach a few minutes walk away, a golf course, leisure centre with swimming pool, numerous shops, pubs and restaurants. The South West Coastal Path is nearby offering spectacular walks for miles around. With the town being conveniently located just off the A39 and the border of Devon and Cornwall this is a great location for exploring both counties. Other attractions include The Eden Project, Clovelly, Boscastle, Rock, Padstow and Bodmin Moor.
Upon entering the property, from the off road parking spaces you will be welcomed into the large open-plan family room. The lounge area offers comfy leather sofas where you can sit back and relax whilst watching a programme on the Smart TV. The dining table seats everyone comfortably and is perfect for that special family meal which can be whipped up in the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a utility room with washer/dryer, separate sink, additional American style fridge/freezer and access to a shower room with shower and WC. From here there is a second lounge with plenty of seating and a Smart TV for everyone to relax after a busy day exploring. Heading up to the first floor you will find three of the property's four bedrooms - a master king-size, a double with en-suite WC and a bunk bedroom with full size bunk beds. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading up the bespoke staircase to the second floor is the fourth bedroom with twin beds, which has been built into the eaves of the property and has an en-suite shower and WC.
Head outside into the contemporary courtyard where you will discover garden furniture, locally made tyre seats and a BBQ, perfect for relaxing in with a glass of wine on a warm summers evening. You will also find the cube a modern garden room a perfect place to unwind in with a book and a cup of tea! There is also a useful outside shower great for washing sandy toes after a day on the beach. There is private off-road parking for two cars and additional unrestricted roadside parking to the front of the property. Throughout your stay you will have use of the owners private, fully equipped beach hut at Crooklets Beach, which is just a walk short away.
