Nested in an elevated position on a large family run farm, with wonderful countryside and woodland to explore. Within easy touring distance of the picturesque towns of Peebles, Biggar, Moffat and the pretty conservation village of West Linton. Or travel a little further afield and enjoy a trip to the elegant city of Edinburgh with its world-renowned festivals. The immediate area is a paradise for walking, cycling and hiking with Ladyurd Forrest close at hand, Pentland hills and even skiing at Hillend ski slope within easy reach. Mountain bikers will also be delighted with the nearby Glentress Forest, one of the foremost mountain biking venues in the country or enjoy fishing for salmon and trout on the bonnie river Tweed.
Stepping inside this lovely detached single storey cottage, into the hall through to the light and bright, comfortable lounge.
