Further local amenities include a golf course and tennis courts, alongside a great selection of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. Nearby, the pretty town of Bideford boasts an array of independent shops and from here you can enjoy a trip to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Appledore and Clovelly, Instow, Hartland Abbey and Quay, Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal.

Heading up the stairs and onto the first floor, you will then discover the pretty bedrooms, all perfectly styled and presented with a relaxed, coastal look. The first of is a spacious master king-size room, with two further rooms, a twin and a cosy bunk bedroom meaning that this lovely house provides flexible accommodation for all ages. A stylish bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC is the final room inside the property.
Venturing outside, you will then discover the compact yet perfectly appointed enclosed south-facing garden. This provides a small area of lawn, patio, garden furniture and a BBQ so you can relax in the sun without having to venture down to the beach. Accessed via the garden is an undeniably useful utility area with a washing machine at the rear and space to hang wet suits and store surfboards to the front of the adapted garage space. Private off-road parking for one car is provided on the drive and there is additional roadside parking outside.
