Head out and explore the rest of the English Riviera with an abundance of sandy beaches to explore, or just take the foot ferry to Torquay. If an active holiday is more your style then you could be golfing, walking and cycling. Other attractions within easy reach include Kents Cavern, Paignton Zoo, Living Coast, Quay West, Plymouth and Exeter.

Head back to the ground floor climb the staircase to the first floor where you will find the cosy lounge area, sit back and relax amongst the rich soft furnishing and enjoy a movie on the large Smart TV with the family or just enjoy a good catch up with friends whilst enjoying a glass or two. Leading off the lounge area is a small balcony area with a bistro set, truly perfect for your morning coffee. Next on this floor is the first of the three delightful bedrooms, the master bedroom which boasts a beautiful bay window, a double bed and en-suite shower room with WC. Heading on up to the second floor where you will find the remaining two bedrooms, which are two spacious rooms, offering a king-size and a double. Completing this floor is the family bathroom with a shower over bath. A separate WC is located separately halfway down the stairs.
This incredible holiday home offers three private balconies, the lower balcony can be accessed via the snug, the main balcony can be accessed via the kitchen/diner which boasts rattan furniture allowing you to enjoy al fresco dining with a view and finally the third balcony is off the lounge area which offers a small bistro set. There is on-street parking available on a first come first served basis. There is a public car park a short walk away.
