Very attractive and characterful former farmhouse set in lovely grounds. Close to the west coast of Norfolk and the village of Snettisham, this impressive property boasts farmland views and spacious gardens.
Snettisham is a pretty Norfolk village found close to the main road that runs between King’s Lynn and Hunstanton. Major attractions in the area include the popular royal residence at Sandringham Estate and the lavender farms for which this corner of Norfolk is known. Travel up the coast to Hunstanton for a traditional day out at the seaside. A few miles further on is the beach at Brancaster with its dunes and WW2 shipwreck.

Upon arrival there is an entrance with space to leave coats and boots and a handy utility area. An excellent range of equipment is provided including an AGA oven and hob, conventional oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Beyond the main entrance hallway, a door opens onto the dual aspect dining room which is a lovely light-filled room with a feature fireplace, a large table seating eight, and views over the garden. The main house boasts two lounge rooms, the first of which is styled as an elegant drawing room overlooking three sides of the property with opening French doors and offering comfortable seating, a feature fireplace, and a TV/DVD. The second lounge, meanwhile, has a large corner sofa, a wood burner, and a TV/DVD. The games room is a fun addition to the house and offers a dartboard and table football table. Upstairs there are four beautifully styled bedrooms, the first of which is the chic master bedroom, a double room which benefits from a private dressing room with built-in wardrobes, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a roll top bath, separate shower, and WC. Outside, the house looks out over a spacious lawn to the front of the property, which is a simply wonderful place to relax, play, and sit out to enjoy alfresco dining in the fantastically peaceful surroundings.
