Set within the rolling countryside of West Dorset, the property is ideally placed for those wishing to get active with many walking and cycling routes to be found weaving through this spectacular landscape. The Jurassic Coast is easily accessible and offers miles of rugged cliffs and beaches, not to mention many chocolate box villages along the way. Cattistock itself offers a choice of local conveniences including a pub and shop, or for those seeking an afternoon of retail therapy, Dorchester and Bridport are easily accessible by car.
Set in an elevated position beside the owners’ home, from the parking area a steep sloping driveway or external steps bring you to the front of the property. Here you will find a step to the private entrance into this detached property. Once inside you are met with a welcoming hallway with a comfortable lounge immediately to your left.
