Located in the village of Cley-next-the-Sea, this property is in an ideal location for exploring the whole North Norfolk coast. The village has a quiet shingle beach which stretches to 2 miles wide, just around the coast from the tranquil wildlife reserve at Blakeney Point which is home to an impressive range of wildlife including a colony of resident seals. To the east of the village, the popular seaside resort of Cromer is situated within a 12-mile drive, whilst delightful Wells-next-the-Sea is located 10 miles to the west. For a relaxed day of browsing an interesting array of independent shops head to the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, just 4 miles away.
On arrival at this cottage the first room that guests will come to is the lounge, a cosy room with comfortable seating positioned around the open fire and the TV/DVD. Moving through to the kitchen/diner, guests will find a contemporary selection of kitchen fittings as well as a dining table seating four. A good range of kitchen equipment includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine: everything that guests will need to make themselves at home. The conservatory looking over the garden is accessed through the kitchen, providing guests with another place to relax and unwind, whilst the shower room with its shower and WC is also located on the ground floor of the property. Stairs lead to the bedrooms on the first floor, the first of which is a restful double room, whilst the second bedroom is a twin room offering views towards the salt marshes. You will also find a family bathroom on the first floor.
Outside, there is a garden to the rear of the property bordered by mature plants and shrubs. Half of the garden is a patio area with garden furniture which provides guests with a pleasant space to sit out with drinks. There is also unallocated roadside parking.
