Fairbourne has something for everyone with its links golf course, children’s play area, miniature steam railway, coastal train line and the water taxi from Fairbourne beach to Barmouth Harbour. Pop to the shops and pub, relax on the beach, swim in the sea or climb a mountain. Ride the cycle paths, stroll through nature reserves and the Mawddach Trail, join the footpaths across Snowdonia National Park, climb Cadair Idris, walk to the Blue Lake or amble on the beach. Visit King Arthurs Labyrinth, Portmeirion village, Harlech Castle or for adrenalin seekers there’s Coed y Brenin and Zip World Slate Caverns. With lots to see and do, and a range of events, outdoor activities, historic and coastal towns to discover, this is perfect for your holiday

This single storey property has been thoughtfully planned with all the little extras to enhance your stay. The porch doubles as a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and leads into the welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with underfloor heating. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and is perfect to prepare a meal for family and friends. Gather round the long table for a bite to eat and plan your holiday activities. Head through to the conservatory lounge to relax in after a full day out with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, wood burner and doors out to the hot tub. Heading further into the property you will find three lovely bedrooms to choose from, one super-king-size with en-suite bathroom with bath and WC, one double and one bunk room. Take a leisurely shower in the stylish shower room with shower and WC, drying off with soft towels to a refreshing start to the day.

The property is surrounded by slate gravel from the local quarry with paved patio area, table, chairs, charcoal BBQ and hot tub with views over the garden and the mountain range beyond. There is plenty of space to store your bikes, canoes or paddle boards in the garden. Private parking for three cars at the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
