The beautiful, mile-long sandy beach at Carbis Bay famed for being one of Cornwall’s finest, forms part of the spectacular St Ives Bay. St Ives itself, is the quintessential Cornish location and boasts a picture-postcard harbour and beaches, a vast array of restaurants, pubs, shops and art galleries, including the renowned Hepworth Museum. From here, walkers can also enjoy access onto the South West Coast Path and enjoy exploring on foot. If you can tear yourself away from the immediate area, the whole of West Cornwall begs to be explored, including Lands’ End, Penzance, the Lizard Peninsula, St Michael's Mount and the famous Minnack open-air theatre, nestling into the cliffs edge, which hosts a variety of performances throughout the season.
