The nearby town of Bideford provides a pannier market and from the pretty quay you can enjoy a trip to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg. Other attractions in the area include the fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly, Instow, Hartland Abbey and Quay, Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way.
As you enter the property a small entrance hall leads straight through to an inner hall with a compact yet well-equipped kitchen to your left, here you will find an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a separate ground floor WC then onto the dining area with TV/DVD sofa and dining table for six people. French doors leading out to the enclosed courtyard. Venturing up the stairs and onto the first floor, a cosy lounge/diner boasts comfy seating, a Smart TV, an electric fire and a pleasant bay window with sea glimpses. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Up another flight of stairs to the two double rooms, one with a TV and the other with an en-suite shower room with WC.
Heading outside to the rear of the property there is an enclosed patio with decking, garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. Private off-road parking for one car is provided. Additional parking roadside nearby.
