This simply stunning extended Victorian cottage sits in its own enclosed garden and is a short stroll to the centre of the village of Rock, just across from the fishing port of Padstow.
The village of Rock has many shops, including a bakery, newsagent and post office, a delicatessen and a small but excellent supermarket. A variety of good restaurants and pubs in Rock or nearby Padstow. There is much to see and do, rent a wetsuit and have a go surfing at Polzeath. Take the ferry over to the historic fishing port of Padstow and visit Prideaux Place. Sightseeing at St Enodoc Church, recovered from the sand dunes and final resting place of Sir John Betjemen. Walk out to the Rumps to look for seals, or consult the OS map for a huge variety of local scenic walks. Bike along the Camel Trail, on the disused railway line to Wadebridge and Bodmin.
