Enjoy this coastal setting with its links golf course, children’s play area, miniature steam railway and the water taxi from Fairbourne beach to Barmouth Harbour. Pop to the shops and pub, relax on the beach, swim in the sea or climb a mountain. Ride the cycle paths, stroll through nature reserves and the Mawddach Trail or join the footpaths across Snowdonia National Park, or climb Cader Idris, walk to the Blue Lake or amble on the beach. Visit one of the many attractions including King Arthurs Labyrinth, Portmeirion village, Harlech Castle and for adrenalin seekers there’s Coed y Brenin and Zip World Slate Caverns. With lots to see and do and a range of events, outdoor activities, historic and coastal towns to discover this is perfect location for your holiday.

Natural lights floods through this property with the porch leading into the hallway. It is tastefully furnished, with all the thoughtful little extras to enhance your stay. To your left is the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, perfect to relax in after a full day out with comfortable sofas, TV/DVD and dining table. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all the equipment you need to prepare a meal for family and friends. Gather round the table for a bite to eat and plan your holiday activities. Watch your favourite movie on the TV/DVD in the bean bag snug. If you're feeling a little more energetic you can also enjoy some family time playing on the Wii console and fit board with a range of games.The conservatory games room also offers a football table with access and views over the garden. There are three lovely bedrooms to choose from, one double with TV and en-suite shower and WC, one king-size and one twin. The spacious bathroom with shower over bath and WC, is the perfect place to unwind in a bubble bath.

At the back of the property there is a slate patio area, with table and chairs and charcoal BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining or just relax and embrace the mountain views. There is private off-road parking for two cars at the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
