Enjoying an enviable position at the top of the historic Lymington High Street, within easy reach of all the local shops, restaurants, harbour and marinas.

This stylish Grade II Listed apartment over the first and second floors of a high street property sleeps 4+2 and retains many original features, yet is modern and welcoming benefitting from beautiful wooden floors and double glazed sashed windows throughout. Lymington is surrounded by an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, to the north are the ancient woodlands and heathlands of the New Forest and to the south the Solent and the Isle of Wight, with a ferry link to Yarmouth. This beautiful market town which runs an all year round market on a Saturday is famous for its sailing and historic high street with a number of interesting shops including designer boutiques. There are two large marinas within walking distance and the Old Town Quay is still used as a base by commercial fishing boats. Attractions include the Seawater Baths with over 120m of inflatable obstacle courses and The New Forest National Park which is superb for walking, cycling and horse riding. Local attractions include the Motor Museum at Beaulieu and Exbury Gardens. Visit the nearby towns of Brockenhurst and Lyndhurst or the historic and picturesque Bucklers Hard. If you fancy a meal out, there are many restaurants within an easy walk away, including a popular local pub located across the road which also offers occasional evening entertainment. Or stroll down to the sea front and enjoy watching the yachts come and go with your fish and chips.

Entering the property from the enclosed courtyard, you climb the communal stairs to the front door where you are met with a spacious hallway. The lounge is to your right and boasts a feature fireplace, Smart TV and Sonos hi-fi. Leading off the lounge is the cosy snug with a small TV, DVD player and pull out sofa bed. The kitchen/diner is off the hallway on the left, and is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. At the end of  the hallway, accessed via a couple of steps down, is the wet room which has a shower and WC. Heading upstairs you will find the two bedrooms; 1 king-size with additional single daybed with pull-out bed and 1 king-size that looks out over the courtyard. Also on this floor is the bathroom which has a free standing bath and WC. The property has underfloor heating on the first floor.

Outside you will find a shared courtyard garden with patio. There is no parking directly outside however a parking permit is provided for nearby car parks subject to availability. Guests are free to unload outside of the property at any time and to park on the road when time restrictions are not in force.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
