You can explore miles of stunning coastline or visit quaint villages and thriving nearby towns including Burnham Market, Wighton, Holkham and Little Walsingham, home of a medieval shrine. Also within easy reach are the popular towns of Holt, Fakenham and Brancaster. You can enjoy trips on steam trains, visit numerous beautiful nature reserves such as Pensthorpe Natural Park and RSPB Titchwell, or explore stately homes including Holkham, Houghton Hall and Sandringham. Situated in the heart of the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Wells makes an ideal base for exploring this glorious region.
On entering this spacious and attractive three-level holiday home, a light and welcoming entrance hall leads you into a kitchen/diner with a lovely dining area and a pretty kitchen which is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, fridge freezer.The kitchen leads into a bright and spacious garden room. There is also a separate ground-floor WC. Heading upstairs to the first floor, you will find the bright and welcoming lounge. With plenty of comfy seating, TV/DVD and iPod dock, this is a cosy and inviting space to relax in at the end of a wonderful day. Exploring further you will find the first of three bedrooms: a large twin room with TV and shower cubicle. Going up to the second floor you will find two further bedrooms: there’s a twin room and a master bedroom with double bed and views out over the saltmarsh and toward the sea. There is also a family bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC.
Stepping outside, you can relax in the small private and enclosed patio area, with garden furniture. Off-road parking is available for two cars.
