The central and accessible location makes the property an ideal base for exploring both Devon and Cornwall where you will find a choice of beaches and coastal walks to the North and South as well as attractions to suit all tastes. These include Bodmin Moor, Dartmoor with its rugged scenery, Lydford Gorge, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Morwellham Quay and RHS Rosemoor. Plymouth and Exeter are both easily accessible, as is Launceston with its castle, the ancient capital of Cornwall. Golf, cycle paths and riding can be found locally and fishing, sailing and other activities can be found at nearby Roadford Lake.
From the courtyard, enter the property through the front door and into the open-plan living area which consists of lounge/kitchen/diner. Relax on the sofa and watch the TV or a movie on the DVD player. For those who like to cook the well-equipped kitchen area has all you need with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Heading outside is an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, further on is a lawn area. There is a specific dog walking field available for those with dogs and there is ample off-road parking for two cars.
