This cosy country cottage boasts far-reaching countryside and sea views, offering the perfect tranquil holiday home.
Lovingly presented to offer luxury holiday accommodation, this cottage has plenty of space for a family or group holiday. Both Budle Bay and Bamburgh are on the doorstep, both offering sandy beaches, while the latter is also home to a magnificent castle, museum, and an abundance of restaurants. Climb aboard a boat and set sail for the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, just 10 miles away, or back on land visit the market town of Alnwick for the castle (of Hogwarts fame) and world-famous gardens. Berwick-upon-Tweed is also nearby.
Enjoy single-storey, open-plan living in this spacious cottage. Step into the lounge area and feel immediately at home, relaxing on the large sofas in front of the wood burning stove. Also in the lounge is a TV, perfect for those quiet nights in or rainy days. The dining area has space for six, while the modern kitchen has everything you need; electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. Head through to the master bedroom with its double bed and large sliding doors to the decking and garden. It also has an en-suite shower room, with walk-in shower and WC. Bedroom two is also a double with sliding doors to the decking, and has an en-suite Jack and Jill shower room which is shared with bedroom three. The final bedroom is a single with a ¾ double bed, and it also has a pull-out single bed for a sixth guest.
Outside you’ll find a patio area with outdoor seating, making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining while taking in the breath-taking countryside and sea views. There’s also two fully enclosed lawn areas, perfect for children and dogs. Private, off-road parking is available for up to two cars.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
