This charming flint cottage built in 2016 with three bedrooms located in the popular village of Southrepps on the North Norfolk Coast, and is a great base to explore all Norfolk has to offer.
Southrepps is a delightful village with many traditional flint properties, a pub and shop. Gunton Station is close by with direct links to Sheringham and Norwich. Visit Sheringham home of the North Norfolk Steam Railway and thriving high street, Cromer famous for crabs and the end of the pier show. Blakeney with charming harbour and trips to see the seals. Further afield lies the Broads and Wroxham with shops, places to eat and where you can hire day boats, or take a trip on the paddle steamer and take in the stunning scenery and wildlife. Local attractions include, Bewilderwood, The Dinosaur Adventure Park. National Trust properties include Blickling and Felbrigg Hall.
Enter the property through the front door into the spacious hall. The lounge has a wood burner for those chilly winter evenings and SmartTV. Patio doors from here lead onto the garden. The kitchen area is well-equipped and comes with a Rangemaster oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Leading through to the lounge/diner you will find a Wood burner, Smart TV and games console plus a dining table ideal for family meals or a game of Scrabble. There is a door leading from the lounge/diner which leads onto the patio and garden. On this level you will also find a seperate WC. Upstairs the light floods the hall way from the large sky light, enter the king-size bedroom with en-suite shower and WC. There is further king-size bedroom and twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a super-king-size on request). There is also a bathroom on this floor and it has a shower over bath and WC.
Venturing outside you will find a patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, and a lawn great for a game of badminton.
