The kitchen/diner is also accessed off the landing area, a well-equipped space with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. A dining table and chairs sits to the side with views onto the terraced area. Also, off the main landing you will find three bedrooms. A double bedroom with front aspect and en-suite shower room and WC, a double with a rear aspect and a single room also enjoying a rear aspect. Completing the property is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Step out of the kitchen/diner onto the enclosed terrace where you can sit and relax and enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. There is allocated parking for one car.
