National Trust land and coastal paths less than 10 minutes walk away where there is an abundance of wildlife. The property is approached by a private drive with 2 unfenced ponds. Locally there are many places to visit including The Tarka Trail, Clovelly, a unique cliffside fishing village and the nearby small town of Hartland, together with lots of good pubs and eating places within easy reach. There are interests for every age and taste.
Both properties offer ground floor accommodation and a good welcome is assured. Good access for elderly and safe playing for children. Games room: shared with snooker, football game and table tennis, dolls house, toys, games and a selection of DVDs and videos. Outside: large adjacent fields ideal for ball games.
