A charming terraced cottage set in a quiet village, with a backdrop of rolling countryside. Close to a university town and a drive to the coast, making this a great base for families and couples.
Pencarreg is a small village just a short distance from a pub and shops in Llanybydder. The interesting university town of Lampeter offers a range of museums, galleries, shops and restaurants and is close by. Head a little further west to Aberaeron with its picturesque harbour, Georgian architecture, colourful houses, shops and restaurants. This is a perfect place for couples to explore the very best of the coast and countryside in Ceredigion. Why not experience the views by steam train, go on a boat trip, walk the Dylan Thomas trail or find the secluded sandy beaches? With lots to see and do, after a full day out you can return to enjoy a glass of wine on the deck.
Enter into the hallway and head through into the cosy lounge with wood burner, sofa and chairs, TV and steps down into the kitchen. The contemporary kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. This leads down to the sunny conservatory that has lovely rural and lake views. From the main hallway head up the cottage stairs to the sleeping accommodation, there are two bedrooms from the main landing, a double and a single. Take two steps down to the master double bedroom with views and the shower room with shower and WC.
Outside to the rear, there is a decked area with furniture and steps down to a lower, enclosed garden. There is parking on the pavement to the fore of the cottage for one car.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
