Take to the water as you embark on a fishing trip or a seasonal boat ride over the river to nearby Instow, which boasts a sand dune beach and popular pubs, or if it’s a beach you’re looking for, nearby Westward Ho!’s two-mile stretch of golden sand is hard to beat. Other nearby attractions include the stunning Exmoor National Park, historic National Trust Arlington Court and the charming coastal town of Clovelly.

The bedrooms share a family-size bathroom with shower over bath and WC on the first floor, plus an additional WC on the ground floor.
An enclosed patio area with ample seating on the lower ground floor is ideal for al fresco dining, while the balcony upstairs offers seating and spectacular views over the estuary, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea or evening drink as the sun goes down.
