Perfect for families, walkers, cyclists and kayakers who are looking to explore North Devon, it is situated on the North Devon Coast Path and the Tarka Trail (cycling and walking) can be seen from the property. The ancient port and market town of Bideford, where you can catch the MS Oldenburg to Lundy Island, is an easy walk down the quayside. For a change of scenery, take a trip to the beautiful beaches of Westward Ho! and Instow which offers lots of entertainment for children whether it playing in the surf or building sand castles.
As you enter the property, on your left you have a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine, boasting views of the estuary through the lounge. Following on from here, you enter the roomy lounge where you can take in the views or snuggle up to watch the TV in front of the woodburner. Leading on from the lounge is an airy conservatory which has been converted into the dining area, where you can enjoy your evening meal with fabulous views. Leading off from the hallway is a downstairs WC. Heading upstairs are two bedrooms, the spacious master bedroom which boasts spectacular river views and a high-quality sprung king size bed and a twin room. Outside is an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining, along a gate to the North Devon Coast Path. Two advanced elements kayaks are available for experienced kayakers by arrangement with the owner, 2 bikes are also available by arrangement. There is off-road allocated parking for one car available to the front of the property.
