With spectacular views and a tranquil location, this lovely ground-floor apartment is part of a beautiful house, dating back to 1840, on the outskirts of the charming village of Duror of Appin.
With the towns of Oban and Fort William both nearby, this picturesque area boasts an abundant variety of activities for all the family, including walking, mountain biking, fishing, sailing and winter sports. There are well marked cycle paths and some lovely deserted beaches to enjoy a walk along. The Scottish Sea Life Sanctuary is within easy reach, providing a great day out. You could enjoy a boat trip from Oban to the spectacular islands of Mull, Staffa and Iona or take a trip on the West Highland Jacobite Steam Railway from Fort William to Mallaig, which crosses the viaduct made famous in the Harry Potter films. The area is a walkers paradise with Ben Nevis also within easy reach.
