The surrounding Broads, with miles of navigable waterways through picturesque scenery and is popular with wildlife lovers, walkers and those who enjoy spending time on the water. Family fun can be found at traditional seaside towns like Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth or moving inland find some family fun at Pettitts Animal and Adventure Park and Bewilderwood. Sightseers will enjoy a visit to Somerleyton Hall or for a wide range of culture and entertainment, no visit is complete without visiting the fine City of Norwich.

Conveniently, also on the ground floor is a separate WC. Ascending the staircase to the first-floor guests will find the two bedrooms. The first is a stylish double bedroom with stunning views over the river, marshes and beyond to wake up to. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom, and completing the accommodation is a bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.
The rear garden is fully enclosed enabling children and pets to play safely. A large patio area with BBQ and timber bench is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. An outside tap enables any muddy boots to be washed down. While to the front of the property, garden furniture enables guests to sit back and watch the comings and goings on the river Yare, there is private mooring available. There is off-road parking for one car.
