Set 100 metres from the main road, the property is accessed via a shared private driveway and sleeps up to six people in cosy and secluded accommodation. You’ll enjoy spacious living areas and relaxing outdoor spaces, all within easy reach of Cornwall’s popular attractions including Tamar Otter Park and Launceston Steam Railway.Upon approaching the cottage you’ll notice its stunning leafy backdrop and traditional stone exterior. You’ll feel the warming ambience as soon as you enter and enjoy a cosy lounge area with feature fireplace and wood burner for toasty nights in. This area also offers Smart TV and DVD for entertainment. The traditionally styled kitchen/diner with a slate floor offers a spacious area to prepare and enjoy home cooked meals. It is equipped with a range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave and the dining area offers a farmhouse style table and chairs. Just off the kitchen, the utility room includes a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience, there is also a separate WC. Moving upstairs, you’ll find three light and airy bedrooms including one double with en-suite shower room and WC, one twin and one adult bunk room. The bathroom is also on this floor and offers a shower over bath and WC.The cottage enjoys an enclosed courtyard area which can be accessed from the back door. In addition there is plenty of tranquil outside space and access to large gardens with seating and a BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining.
