Located between the villages of Pakefield and Kessingland, this home provides a perfect location for a relaxing holiday near the sea on the Suffolk Coast. Travelling through the many idyllic fishing villages and larger towns, guests will find everything from traditional seaside fares to romantic eateries. To the North, Great Yarmouth offers something for all, with history and heritage along the quayside, seafront with illuminations, pier, promenades, arcades, fun fair and sandy beach. While to the South, the towns of Southwold and Alburgh are a must visit for any stay in Suffolk. Take a trip inland to the magical waterways of the Norfolk broads or the many English Heritage sites that dot the landscape.
After arriving at the property, guests will initially enter the kitchen which is well-equipped to serve all self-catering needs, with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Moving through to the bright and airy lounge/diner, guests are able to relax after a day on the beach, on the comfortable seating while catching any must see programmes on the Smart TV/DVD. The dining table provides a spot to enjoy any meals and plan the next day’s activities. The double bedroom is accessed from the inner hall and provides ample storage and a good night’s rest. Lastly is the shower room, enabling guests to refresh and re-invigorate with shower and WC.
The bungalow enjoys its own garden, for those who prefer to relax or dine outdoors with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. The grassy area provides a space for your four-legged friend to play, or why not relax on the bench overlooking the pond and feed the ducks and fish. The driveway provides off-road parking for two cars.
