Located one mile from Camborne, this property is just a short drive of its shop, pubs and restaurants. Gwithian Sands is just 10 minutes drive (catch the tide right and you have 6 miles of beach, a stunning stretch of coastline. Cornwall’s north coast boasts many excellent beaches, several of which are within easy reach, including Portreath, Porthtowan and Perranporth. Jump in the car for five miles and you’ll reach Hayle, which offers not only a long stretch of golden sand, but also several shops, pubs and restaurants. A little further afield, the vibrant fishing town of Falmouth makes for a fun day out, with its Maritime Museum, restaurants, galleries and shops.Inside, the kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Enjoy your meals in the spacious lounge/diner at the farmhouse style table and chairs before retiring to the comfortable sofas for the evening. Unwind in front of the TV with DVD or admire the view through the large patio doors. There is a double sofa bed in this room, perfect for young children up to the age of eight years old. The double bedroom is bright and airy with wooden flooring and plenty of natural light, while the en-suite bathroom next door features slate flooring, a separate shower and a WC. The kitchen opens out to a pretty patio with garden furniture overlooking a small paddock beyond, ideal for an al fresco drink or meal. The farm lane leading from the property can be followed directly to the Red River and a footpath to Gwithian Sands.
