Take a gentle stroll on the beach, join the coastal path or climb Cader Idris in Snowdonia National Park. Discover the wildlife and waters of Mawddach and Dyfi estuaries, take a ride on the Talyllyn Narrow Gauge Historic Railway or discover life underground in Corris Slate Mines. Visit Portmeirion Village and Gardens, the Ynys-Hir RSPB reserve, the pretty waterfall at Dolgoch Falls, or enjoy culinary delights, independent shops and a host of events in and around the area. A relaxing break, coastal adventure or action packed holiday is all within your grasp, also with sea fishing nearby.

Upstairs on the first floor, the lounge/diner is light and airy with comfy sofas, TV and access to the balcony with stunning views. The dining table is perfectly positioned by the kitchen for everyone to gather round, enjoy a meal together and play games after dinner. The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, creating a lovely space to rustle up a meal.

This terraced house has lovely an open garden with lawn, patio and table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining at ground level. Not forgetting the enclosed balcony with table and chairs, accessed from the patio doors in the lounge with views over the links golf course, where you can enjoy drinks after dinner, watching the sunset as you plan your holiday activities. There is off-road parking for two cars at the property.
