Step out of the front door for wonderful walks through the spectacular landscape with the imposing Carreg-Goch mountain less than 500 metres away.
Lace-up your walking boots and go in search of the wreckage of the crashed World War II Wellington Bomber high on the mountain.
The National Show Caves of Wales (1 mile) are not to be missed with a tour of the three magnificent caves including the chilling Bone Cave where 42 human skeletons dating back to the Bronze Age have been found.
The cosmopolitan city of Swansea (22 miles) is well worth a visit and can be combined with a trip to one of the many stunning beaches of The Gower Peninsula (26 miles).
Park your car on the driveway and step through the gate leading to the bungalow's garden.
Follow the pathway to the front door and step through into the spacious entrance hall where there is plenty of room to remove shoes and outdoor clothing.
