In the summer, laze on any one of the three lovely beaches, North Beach, the pretty Harbour Beach and Castle Beach. There are many castles in the area, also family leisure attractions such as Folly Farm & Zoo, Manor House Wildlife Park, Heatherton Country Sports Park and The Dinosaur Park are all within 6 miles. The town also offers al fresco dining during July and August when the town is pedestrianised during the day and many of the cafes and restaurants put out their tables and chairs for visitors to enjoy fine food and drinks.
