Description

Wonderful, well-proportioned, two-bedroom cottage in North Pembrokeshire with good access to many of the counties famous beaches and attractions.

The cottage is situated in the small, idyllic village of Castlemorris. The village is situated just a short drive away from the main connecting road between the county towns of Haverfordwest and Fishguard. Mathry can be reached in under two miles with a selection of pubs and shops to choose from and you can head to the coastal towns of Abercastle and Trefin in under five miles. If adventure is your thing, you could head to Abereiddy and its famous Blue Lagoon, a popular spot for coasteering and watersports, which can be reached in just seven miles.

This property has a partly reverse-level layout. On the ground floor of the property is a contemporary kitchen and dining area. The kitchen comes equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine - everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a day exploring then return here to prepare a delicious meal for your family to enjoy around the dining table. Alternatively, it is the perfect spot for a local takeaway and some board games with the family. The downstairs living area is divided by the central staircase, where on the opposite side to the kitchen there is a small chillout area complete with a sofa so you can enjoy a book or read your morning newspaper. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and consists of a bath, separate shower and WC. Upstairs, on the first floor, you will find the lounge. Its elevated position makes the most of the village and countryside views. There is comfortable seating so you can cosy up for a night in front of the TV or bring some of your favourite DVDs along with you for a movie night. The first bedroom has a double bed and storage for clothing and the second bedroom has twin beds - perfect for families. Both bedrooms are well proportioned and very in keeping with the cosy, comfortable, cottage feel.

Outside the property, you have your own enclosed, private, courtyard garden. A charcoal BBQ has been provided, as well as an outside dining table and chairs - perfect for an evening spent al fresco after a long day at the beach. There is a secure storage shed made available for guests to use for bikes, kayaks or any other equipment you need to bring with you to make the most of your holiday. There is driveway parking at the front of the cottage with space for up to two cars. "
