Set within the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this is an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions that Devon and Cornwall have to offer. Less than 4 miles away are Kit HiIl Country Park, infamous for its views and mining history; the National Trust's Cotehele Estate on the Tamar River with house, gardens, woodlands and quay; and the quirky riverside village of Calstock with two pubs, a cafe, galleries and a gelateria. The edge of Dartmoor is within 5 miles where you can walk, trek, cycle or horse ride amongst breathtaking scenery or simply take a picnic and relax. For beach days, you can take you pick - multiple beaches on the north and south coasts of Cornwall can be accessed within 30 miles.
Enter the property into a hallway with space for you to drop off your shoes and coats.
