A short walk down into the village brings you to the harbour where you can take a trip over the river to Fowey on the passenger ferry and explore the shops and restaurants or take the small ferry to the village of Mevagissey. For walkers, there are plenty of coastal paths to choose from while beach lovers can take their pick of the many beaches close by along the Cornish coast. For a fun day out, there is a range of attractions worth a visit including The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Charlestown - one of the filming locations in the TV series Poldark - and Hangloose Adventures.
Access to the property is through the side gate for the front door or through the gated path off the driveway. The stylish hallway has doors leading off to the kitchen, bedrooms and reception rooms.
