The historic city of Plymouth is a 15 minute drive and offers a range of facilities and attractions including, The Hoe, Barbican, National Marine Aquarium, theatre, cinema, leisure facilities and restaurants. Situated within the South Hams, there are many sheltered coves and long sandy beaches to enjoy. The English Riviera is well worth a visit, as is Dartmoor with its rugged scenery and wildlife.
The detached accommodation has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. Retaining much original charm and character, there are THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 double and 1 twin, all with TVs. Bathroom: situated downstairs, with whirlpool bath, separate shower and WC. Lounge: with TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and TV. Utility area: with washing machine. Outside: enclosed garden and patio with BBQ and seating. Amenities: parking for 3 cars. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking in the property. 2 dogs welcome. On-line grocery deliveries accepted (Asda, Tesco and Sainsbury). Walking maps provided. Location: beach 3 miles, pub and shop just over 1 mile.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
