Explore the picturesque quayside, cobbled lanes, independent shops and galleries, or take the ferry to Instow (summer months), before enjoying a drink or a meal in one of the local pubs or restaurants. Stunning coastal and rural walks, including the ever popular Tarka Trail, can be found within easy reach allowing you to experience the spectacular coastline and rolling countryside that North Devon is famed for, and beach lovers are also well-catered for with two miles of golden sand on offer at nearby Westward Ho! Other attractions close by include RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal.
The accommodation is arranged over three floors and offers FOUR bedrooms: on split-level first floor, 1 double and 1 small double (with 4ft bed) with door to patio area and en-suite shower and WC. On the second floor, 1 king-size with sofa bed and 1 twin, both with SmartTV's. Bathroom: with roll-top bath, shower and WC, on the first floor. Bathroom: with roll-top bath, shower and WC, on the second floor. Separate WC, on the ground floor. Lounge: with SmartTV, DVD and estuary views, on the first floor. Dining room: with woodburner. Kitchen: with AGA, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed garden with lawn and large decked area with garden furniture and BBQ, approached via a flight of steps and additional lawn area further to this. Amenities: private parking for 2/3 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome (to be kept on the ground floor using the stairgate provided). Location: beach 2 miles, pubs and shops within walking distance.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
