Situated on the edge of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this property is ideally located to explore the many walks and sights of this stunning countryside.
The entrance to this house opens into the kitchen, which has been beautifully decorated in a contemporary yet rustic style. Here you’ll find an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and coffee machine. Next, a spacious dining room features a wooden dining table and comfortable sofa. There is a downstairs zip-and-link room that can work as a super-king-size bed or a twin, which has access to a handy downstairs shower room off the kitchen. The lounge is located on the first floor and features comfortable sofas, beautiful Victorian windows and an open fire for cosy evenings in. There is a bedroom with a super-king-size bed, pretty bedside tables and views towards West Hill through stunning arched windows. A further bedroom with a single bed and additional pull-out bed below is perfect for children, while the spacious bathroom has a power shower, bath, WC and a large sash window to allow in plenty of natural light.
Outside, a small courtyard area has garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, the perfect spot to while away summer evenings.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
