If you decide to eat in the well-equipped kitchen area, with breakfast bar, has all you need to prepare a meal with the electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, alongside all the thoughtful little extras creating a lovely space to cook in. There is plenty of room for everyone to come together and enjoy a meal or maybe a game of cards. Wander through to the library stairwell, settle down with a good book or listen to the radio. There is another bedroom off here with double bed, ample floor space and a superb en-suite wet room with shower and WC. Ideal for those with less mobility. Meander up the stairs to the next bedroom, with luxurious double bed, TV and en-suite WC. All the bedrooms all have dressing gowns and towels.
Up the private drive, past the owners home the property nestles on the gravelled courtyard with superb countryside views. Relax in the private use hot tub, enjoy alfresco dining on the patio area with table, chairs, charcoal BBQ and lovely views over the standing stones and beyond. There are also a number of shared places to sit and relax in the nine acres of grounds, maybe picnic on the lawn or by the standing stones or head to the shade of the trees. If you are bringing your bike there is a lockable store and outside tap with hose available. Plenty of outside space for your canoe or kayak's. Electric car Tesla charger on site. Ample private parking at the property.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
