An attractive holiday cottage in the quiet hamlet of Warenton is an attractive rural retreat surrounded by beautiful countryside, perfect for exploring the area's diverse attractions.
The village of Bamburgh and its historic castle are just a short drive away, while the cottage is also perfectly located to explore the local beaches at Bamburgh, Beadnell and Seahouses. From the former farm building itself you'll experience stunning views across lush farmland and fields, and from the garden, guests can see as far as Budle Bay, Bamburgh and Holy Island in this truly tranquil setting.
This luxury cottage has been finished to incredibly high standards, with modern amenities sitting alongside original period features to ensure families or groups of friends have everything they need. The ground floor lounge has plenty of comfortable seating along with a TV, while the bright and airy kitchen/diner has seating for eight and is fully equipped with a range-style oven and hob, an American style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave. The ground floor is also home to a king-size bedroom, complete with en-suite with rainfall shower. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms one king-size and one that can be configured as single, twin or king-size plus a bathroom with shower over the bath, as well as an open plan living space/second lounge with a wood burner plus TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the property.
Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed rear patio area with seating for eight, accessed via the kitchen, as well as a large front garden with fire pit, patio area with seating for six, garden seat and rocking chairs, and a summer house with basic cooking facilities. There is also a driveway with parking for between two to three cars.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
Please note there is a refundable £200 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.
