Nestled in the heart of the historic spa town of Buxton this property is perfectly located to explore the cultural pleasures in the Opera House, visit Buxton Museum or stroll through the majestic Pavilion gardens. There’s an array of shops, pubs and restaurants within easy reach and the myriad of the Peak District footpaths to discover. Take a hike up the famous Kinder Scout, or enjoy a low level amble around the beautiful Lady Bower reservoir. Cycle hire is available on the many popular traffic free cycle paths that meander through the stunning national park countryside.

Stepping into the property the hall welcomes you with lots of space to kick off boots and coats. The lounge boasts high ceilings and a beautiful bay window which contribute to the elegant ambience of the room, there is plenty of comfortable seating to relax on after a day exploring and watch the TV/DVD. The spacious kitchen/diner is flooded with light that sparkles on the granite surfaces and provides everything you need to rustle up that special celebration dinner including two electric ovens and hob, two dishwashers, a microwave and an American style fridge/freezer. The nearby dining tables are big enough for the whole family to come together and enjoy each other's company over that special meal. The nearby utility room offers a washing machine, tumble dryer and space to dry clothes if needed. Next to the utility room is a separate WC. There is also a ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room with shower and WC. The icing on the cake is the downstairs cinema room with cinema style seating for 6 and impressive widescreen TV to watch your favourite movies. Next to the cinema room there is a small kitchen space offering a fridge to keep your favourite drinks and snacks in, bar stools to sit and chat, and a kettle for those late night hot chocolates.  Going up the stairs to the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC, the other with an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and WC, this bathroom is beautifully tiled in black and white marble.  There are two rooms with king-size beds, one with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. There is also a bunk bedroom with en-suite shower room with shower and WC. The first floor benefits from an unusual copper bathroom with a free-standing copper bath and matching fixtures and fittings and WC. Up the stairs to the second floor are two zip-and-link twin bedrooms (which can be made up into super-king-size on request) and a double bedroom which shares a bathroom with beautiful nickel bath, shower and WC.

 Outside the property offers a raised patio area with seating and table for six to enjoy the outside. Off road parking is available for 4 cars.
