Lovingly converted stylish holiday cottage provides a special couple’s getaway in the glorious Kent countryside. Perfect for exploring the great pubs and restaurants on the doorstep.
This converted former piggery is set in the heart of the Kent countryside and close to the charming market town of Tenterden, with its range of quirky independent shops and large number of places to eat, from fine dining to chic cafe bars to takeaways and ice cream parlours. You could even book a ticket on the nearby Kent and East Sussex Steam Railway and dine in their Pullman carriages, or perhaps just enjoy a trip along the line. Nearby is the Chapel Down Vineyard and the Old Dairy Brewery, perfect for sampling the local tipple, and for keen walkers there are an abundance of footpaths to enjoy.
Enter the cottage through the front door which opens into the welcoming studio living area. By day the lounge is cosy and comfortable with a sofa bed, Smart TV/ DVD, and a dining table to cater for two, perfect for romantic evening meals. By night the sofa bed transforms into a comfy double bed. The kitchen is compact and well-equipped with an induction hob and halogen oven, toaster and a fridge with ice compartment. Views from the kitchen window look across the beautiful Kent countryside. There is also a shower room, with shower and WC.
Outside there is a shared garden area with the owner’s property, with a bistro table and chairs and a fire pit. There is also a private parking space for one car.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
