Set in a convenient village location in an unspoilt part of Devon where you can enjoy countryside walks or cycle rides from your doorstep, including the Tarka Trail which is close by. This long distance former railway line, now a footpath and cycle path, winds through the Torridge valley between Braunton and Meeth. Nearby you can visit RHS Rosemoor Gardens and the historic Cavalier market town of Great Torrington, home to Dartington Crystal. The coastline is only a short drive away, where you choose between the wide sandy beaches of Westward Ho! and Saunton Sands, the spectacular cliffs above Bideford Bay, Hartland Quay, the many tiny coves or the cobbled, harbourside village of Clovelly.
Approaching the property through a five bar gate, this former barn welcomes you into the warm and welcoming open-plan kitchen/diner where you can cook, eat, chat and relax. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Heading outside, accessed from the first floor landing and leading down a metal external staircase which leads directly onto the village playground ideal for families with children. There is allocated parking for one car outside the property and there is also additional roadside parking subject to availability.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
