Stock up on supplies at the Kitchen in Howden or when you'd rather not cook, indulge in a delicious meal at the Bricklayer's Arms in nearby Laxton (2 miles). Head east to reach the gorgeous Yorkshire Wolds with their low-rolling hills and stunning cliffs or pay a visit to the medieval city of York (30 miles).
At the heart of this single-storey cottage is an elegant living/dining room.
