Set down a quiet country lane not far from the village of Cosheston, with a delightful pub and a tidal river that reaches up to the roadside. Historic Pembroke is a short drive, with historic Norman castle, the birth place of Henry Tudor, and a good selection of independent shops and restaurants. Many stunning beaches within easy reach, such as Freshwater East a short drive away and Broad Haven South, a few minutes further by car, with lily ponds, tea room and beautiful beach for bathing. Many nearby visitor attractions, including Oakwood, Blue Lagoon and Folly Farm and Heatherton, or enjoy a day out to the seaside resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby.
Enter in to this magnificent farmhouse, comprehensively refurbished in 2019, through a handy boot room and into a beautiful lounge with a beautiful stone fireplace with a warming wood burner set at its heart. Ample comfortable seating makes this a lovely room in which to relax and unwind after a day of discovery in front of the TV/DVD. From the lounge head through to a fabulous dining room, with lots of natural light flooding in through the patio doors. This leads to a second lounge, also with a TV/DVD, perfect for the younger members of the party as wooden double doors bring you to a games room, with pool table and other assorted items, providing entertainment and fun throughout your stay. From the dining room there is a door to the farmhouse kitchen with an electric Rangemaster oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a ground floor separate WC. A beautiful wooden staircase takes you up to the first floor sleeping accommodation with five spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a four-poster king-size bed, a sofa bed for an additional two guests and an en-suite shower room and WC. There are a further two king-size bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms and WCs. There is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC, and the last bedroom is also a twin. Completing the property is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Outside there is a large enclosed garden to the rear, with a large patio, garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, with mature trees and shrubs, with fields beyond, making this a beautiful family space and the perfect spot to entertain. There is ample parking for six cars.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20 for up to 7 nights, £40 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20 for every week or part week thereafter.
