With plenty to see and do, from waterfalls, outdoor pursuits and walking, there is something for everyone. This is also an ideal base to explore the Yorkshire Dales either on foot or by bicycle, with a range of cycle routes to enjoy through the countryside, both on road and off-road, or walk if you prefer, with the Dales Way immediately outside the front door. Grassington is also the gateway to the Dales with areas of interest and outstanding beauty close by. The vibrant historic spa town of Harrogate and the city of Leeds offer retail therapy, a great night out and art and culture for you to explore.
Head up four steps into the porch and into the lounge. Here you will find comfortable seating set in front the wood burner and Smart TV, creating the perfect spot to relax after a day out in the Dales. From the lounge, walk through the small hall and enter the kitchen/diner, well-equipped for the best of chefs with electric Range oven and hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. And enjoy the resulting meal around the dining table. The washing machine and tumble dryer are conveniently located in the old pantry. Head up the steep and narrow cottage style stairs to the first floor where you will find the bedrooms. The first is a king-size bedroom with Smart TV and a step up into the en-suite shower room and WC, the second is a double, also with Smart TV. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with freestanding bath and WC.
Head outside to the enclosed courtyard, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The courtyard also has a secure outbuilding for bicycle storage. There is roadside parking.
