A spacious traditional farmhouse with a contemporary interior that is a great base from which to enjoy the beautiful Welsh countryside, yet only a short drive from the coast.
This large semi-detached farmhouse is set in a large courtyard of similar properties, surrounded by fields, mountains and forest. Beautiful walks to enjoy, with the Llanllwni Mountain in full view to tempt you. The Brechfa Forest is a short drive with lovely walks and picnic spots. For coastal lovers, the seaside delights and sandy beaches of New Quay, Llangrannog and Aberporth are well worth a visit, offering boat trips, water sports and a host of shops, pubs and eateries. A little further along is Aberaeron, famous for the colourful palette of its harbourside buildings. Llandysul is just slightly further with independent shops and river walks to enjoy.
Enter the spacious hallway, where there is a good-sized lounge to your left with ample comfortable seating and a large TV. To the opposite side of the hallway is a single bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe space. Further along the hall is the open-plan kitchen/diner. Outside there is a raised patio to the fore of the property with rattan furniture, and to the rear is a super sunny space, all enclosed, with a decked area with furniture accessed straight from the dining room. This area leads to a BBQ area, with a charcoal BBQ and up some steps to a large raised lawn area, perfect for those wishing to burn off some energy. The raised lawn also has a fire pit for those looking to chat long into the evening after a day of exploration. There is also off-road parking for four cars.
