Why not explore the high street on foot and discover honey coloured stone shop fronts with tea shops, antiques, art galleries and eateries for a lazy lunch. For walkers, a wealth of waymarked paths will take you deeper into the breathtaking countryside. Or you could discover the neighbouring towns and villages Stow-on-the-Wold, Lower Slaughter, Broadway, and Burford all close by. Further afield are the historic towns of Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespeare’s birth place, and Cheltenham, home to the literature and food festival. More local attractions include Chastleton House and Gardens, Hidcote Manor, Daylesford Organic farm shop and Batsford Arboretum - all excellent days out.

Step into the en-suite bathroom where you can sit and enjoy a bath for two with side by side free standing slipper baths that look onto a breathtaking water colour.
