Snaking a nine mile course under the lea of magnificent fells, Ullswater offers wonderful walking routes for all abilities. Explore Glenridding, Sandwick and Howton before hopping aboard the steamboat for your return trip to enjoy the scenery from the water.
Built in 2009, this property was designed by the owners to be in keeping with the architectural style of the area and was constructed by local craftsmen using slate and sandstone from Cumbrian quarries. To the front of the row of properties is a large, sloping grassed area scattered with benches for taking in those fantastic panoramic views of the lake and mountains. A garden table and chairs can also be set up for enjoying al fresco breakfasts by the front door.
