The ground floor houses the lounge, which is the heart of the house and comes with a feature fireplace and floor to ceiling windows which look out over the estate and Yorkshire countryside beyond. This room also has a chunky dining table and warm oak floorboards. Traditional board games and toys provide offline entertainment, whilst the LCD TV and Wi-Fi will keep the gadget-fans happy. Next door is the spacious kitchen with wooden units and sleek tiles, and an additional dining table provides a sociable seating area for when the chefs are hard at work.
